Creative thinking, innovation & entrepreneurship is at the foundation of any successful businesswoman. As a creator & innovator it is easy to let my mind wander into the “what'-ifs” of my ideas. However, despite the risk, just as Robert Kiyosaki explained, an “entrepreneur can see the reward”.

The MLPD program has given me the skills to understand that real estate is never-ending and the possibilities are infinite. With the proper demand, and supply, anything is possible. While there is great risk involved, there is also a great reward. Through my Cain Road assignment, I truly was able to let my creative & innovative mind take control, through our designs, despite the risks we had to take. Since the eastern portion of College Station is under-developed and under-served, many students took a safer route in their design & development. However, it was through my team’s creative thinking skills that we truly were able to find the HIGHEST & BEST USE for the property and create a unique project for Cain Road. Thus, we used innovative facilities & retail spaces to create a space that could be utilized both during the day and night time.
